Introduction to version 11.3
Fabric is pleased to announce the availability of our Xytech 2025 Release 11.3!
Xytech 2025 release 11.3 is the latest general availability release for all customers that utilize the Xytech product including:
- Customers currently using Media Operations Platform Granite, Media Operations Platform 10.2 / 10.4 / 10.6 / 11.0 / 11.1 / 11.2, or MediaPulse 9.x or earlier.
- Customers upgrading from MediaPulse versions earlier than 9.x are strongly encouraged to make use of a professional services engagement to assist in the transition.
- Customers migrating from ScheduALL to Xytech including those deploying transmission capabilities for dynamic bandwidth scheduling management.
- Customers previously on a custom source branch of MediaPulse*.
*Note: Source branches were previously used to allow development of new functionality sponsored by a site in advance of standard product development. That program has now ended. These Branched Sites need to be brought back to the standard Xytech product. If you are currently on a custom branch, please work with your Support Agent for details concerning when an upgrade to the standard product is right for you!

Bug Fixes
Fabric is committed to improving the quality of our products and that commitment continues with this release. This release resolves over 170 defects, some of which were reported by customers, the rest found internally by the Xytech QA team using both automated and manual regression testing. Our goal has been, and will always be, to provide the highest quality product possible to you, our valued customers.
Additions and Enhancements
The Xytech 2025 Release 11.3 incorporates 35 feature level additions and enhancements which required over 50 unique user stories. Included by area:
Authentication
- REST API support for Bearer tokens (OpenID/JWT).
- Auto-creation of Xytech user accounts based on OpenID.
- Support for secondary authentication ID.
Scheduling and Resources
- Groups can be set to default to the 'Not Assigned' resource.
- Conflict checking enhancements
- Schedule Book performance enhancements
- Call Sheet enhancements including Account Rep and Time Card fields.
Document Customizations
- New audit fields for User/Date Added/Changed.
- Computed columns now support a 'NOW' token for date/time fields
Time Card / Payroll
- New audit fields for User/Date Added/Changed.
- Enhanced payroll transaction reporting.
- Consecutive Day Penalty allows configuration of rates that escalate for consecutive days worked.

Fabric's Xytech 2025 Release 11.3 is another exciting release for our customers. It continues a consistent cadence of releases, addresses significant product and quality issues for 100s of customers, allowing Fabric to continue to employ agile methodologies in addressing our customers’ needs, reducing our time to market, without increasing risk to our to the stability of the product.
