The following is a list of known high-severity issues in this release. In general, these issues are edge cases most users will not encounter. Currently, these issues are on the roadmap for the next release of the Platform.
APIs & Integration
Additional Text on JSON error
A known issue exists where an "Additional text found in JSON string" error results when sending a request to create/update a time card batch detail record for activities using REST 2.0. [31206 / zd16107]
Bids & Budgets
Quote Version Doesn't Save to Version 1 Without a Job
A known issue exists where duplicating a Bid assigned to a Job and removing the Job during the duplication causes the Bid Version number to be set to "0" instead of "1". [22759 / zd9000]
Bid package Master Row Added at the Bottom Regardless of Dsp Seq until Saving
A known issue exists where a WO in a Job has an approved Bid with a Master Package Billing Code. In the Order Transactions document for such a WO, the Billing tab displays the Master Row(s) at the bottom of the list of transactions upon first loading the information from the Bid, with the Detail rows higher up. This is despite the Dsp Seq (Display Sequence) showing that the Master Row(s) should be higher in the list. The workaround is to save and refresh the Order Transactions document. [26426 / zd12624]
Approving a Bid with 1700 or so Rows Is Very Slow
A known issue exists where the Bid approval process becomes slow when a Bid contains approximately 1,700 detail rows. [28485 / zd15297]
Incorrect Estimated Bid Tax Calculation
A known issue exists where Bid Details with non-taxable Billing Codes are calculating estimated taxes. [28662 / zd12836]
Column ‘c_margin_percent’ Is Read Only Error
A known issue exists where the Margin % Amount field has been added to Bid Details on a site custom Bid layout, opening a Bid using the layout and clicking on any row in Bid Details causes a “Column ‘c_margin_percent’ is read only” error. [29011 / zd15524]
Bid Collections List Errors on Attempt to Open a Document
A known issue exists where opening the Bid Collections list would generate errors. [29665]
Bid Detail Fields Fail to Auto Populate
A known issue exists where entering a Billing Code on Bid Detail then tabbing out does not populate Billing Description, Rate Set Description nor calculate the Billing Unit. A similar issue is in the Time Card Batch where entering a WO, Billing Code, or Job does not populate the description. [29707]
Budgets - Snapshot Budget Detail Did Not Copy Unit Correctly
A known issue exists where the Units in a Snapshot Budget in Budgeting are not always the same as in the Working Budget. [29927]
Budget Unit Issue using WO Actuals
A known issue exists where changing the Unit on a Bid Detail after creating a corresponding Transaction and running Auto Load Actuals, may result in unexpected changes to the corresponding value when Auto Load Actuals is run again. [31068]
Billing - Invoicing
'Agency_Client_Name' field is not populating on Invoice Form
A known issue exists where certain Document Customizations that override fields in the Invoice Form (Doc ID 160) using information from the Job document, such as the jm_job_agency_client_name field, are not populating data. [16672 / zd3702]
Error Attempting to Save New RAD, New Resource Pref, Event Triggers Conditions
A known issue exists when trying to create a new Rate Attribute Definition (RAD) where an error message with a stack trace error is shown and saving is prevented. [28053]

Partial Billing Code Launches Billing Codes List with Inaccurate Information
A known issue exists where entering a partial Billing Code in a Bid Detail row and tabbing out of the input field displays the search list as designed, but some of the columns in the search list (such as the OOP checkbox) do not display the correct value. [29438 / zd15939]
Web Does not Allow Saving a Large Amount of WOs to an Invoice Batch
A known issue exists where adding a large number of Work Orders to an Invoice Batch when both Combine Jobs and Combine W/Os are set to Yes causes the system to become unresponsive and fail to create the batch. [30370 / zd16693]
Rate Card Upload Throwing Input String Error
A known issue exists where the Billing Rates Upload utility (in Job Management, Utilities) returns an error if the input Microsoft® Excel file does not exactly match the expected format without specifying which column/value could not be parsed. [30969 / zd16962]
Calendar Gadget
Bookings Do Not Show Up in Day or Timeline View of My Schedule
A known issue exists where the Calendar Gadget 'My Schedule' doesn't show certain bookings in certain views due to a problem with time zone conversions. [29888 / zd16583]
Crewing
Date Error Attempting to Create Crewing Event
A known issue exists where creating a new crewing event using the Calendar date selection creates duplicate dates and does other 'odd' things like duplicating the current row and placing additional rows completely out of order, continually positioning the row selector on the first row. Further, the calendar does not support drag, rather REQUIRES CTRL-Click to select multiple dates. Clicking the Week row seems to work (for the most part). Issues are exacerbated based on the user's time zone and the system base timezone. [31139]
Crewing Jobs Omitting Some Event Dates, Doubling Others
A known issue exists where depending on timezone and how close an event start/end time is to midnight, some dates may be skipped when creating the crew schedule for a new crew position on a job. [31143]
Document Customizations
Prompt Missing on Custom Job Image Field in Layout Editor
A known issue exists where a custom field of the 'Picture' field type does not correctly display the specified Prompt when used in a Layout. [12781]
On Order Duplicate, Fields with Reset Before Copy Are Not Cleared
A known issue exists where the Duplicate action for Media Order does not respect either the Reset Before Copy setting or a specific default value for custom fields set to Overwrite Standard (e.g. Account Rep and Account Rep 2) added to the Media Order document using Document Customizations. Dropdown/custom (multiselect) Query Returns ID Instead of Description
A known issue exists where Custom Fields that are defined as Dropdown/custom (multiselect) are now storing the index of the description/value only, instead of the index and description. This issue was introduced in v10.4. [25592 / zd12156]
Scheduling - Error Message When Adding a Resource to a Group
A known issue exists where creating an invalid Override value in Document Customizations for the Roster Time Off (DocID 11336) document causes an error message ("The expression [expression] is not valid and will not be applied") to pop up when opening a Resource from the Scheduling Group document. Mac Email Does Not Register Exchange Adapter Responses
A known issue exists where responding to a calendar invite received via the default macOS™ email client does not register Exchange Adapter responses within Xytech. [31148 / zd17210]
Exchange Adapter Inconsistencies
A known issue exists where calendar invites sent from the system behave inconsistently depending on the recipient’s email platform or client. Some users receive a Yes/No RSVP option, while others receive only an ICS file that does not allow a response. In some cases—such as with the Outlook mobile app—responses may appear to be submitted but are not sent. Invitation statuses may also remain blank or fail to register as "Sent." [31427 / zd17629]
Framework - UX
Display Saved Dashboard Default Tab Incorrectly
A known issue exists where default dashboards containing multiple documents open with focus on the right-most tab instead of the left-most tab. [22311 / zd8465]
Group List Populates Each Row with Access Value ‘Global’ in Version 11
A known issue exists where many search documents in various modules display 'Global' in the 'Access' column but a record is assigned to a Division or Work Group. [29467]
Performance Issues Loading Actuals After Changing Multiple Bid Detail Rows
A known issue exists where a "page not responding" message occurs when loading actuals on a Bid after updating the Budget on ten or more detail rows. [29930 / zd16021]

Create/Edit Transactions from Order IM Session Status is Not Updating Schedule Book
A known issue exists where a Transaction in IM Sessions on Work Orders is not removed when updating its associated Session Status to Not Approved. [18218 / zd2399]

Job
Add Custom Field to Project Billing Report

Query Timeout Issue
A known issue exists where performing a Job search from Order Transactions causes a query timeout error when computed columns are included in the results. [30320 / zd16632]
Library Movements
Using Scanner or Scan to Web App Throws Errors upon Logging In or Scanning
A known issue exists where using a third-party application on a mobile device (phone or tablet) to scan barcodes into the Xytech Web App causes an error (“Error in line 0; Script error” or “Error in line 1, null is not an object”) or does not correctly populate the edit control with the scanned value. View Picking List Fails
A known issue exists where the View Picking List action in the Library Movements List or Library Movement document results in one or more errors for some Movement records. [24707]
Media Assets
On the Media Asset, Auto-Add Container Detail & Manual Add Detail Adds the Container Asset_No to Its Own Detail
A known issue exists where the Auto-Add Container Detail action in the Media Asset document incorrectly applies the Asset No of the container asset when creating a new row, e.g. by scanning a valid barcode on a media asset. [27144]
Media Assets - Invalid entry in Segment time fields with Drop Frame enabled
A known issue exists where an invalid value is allowed when entering TC In and/or TC out values for segments on an Asset where the Standard has Drop-Frame enabled. [28153 / zd14375]
Media Order
Do not Resolve at Spec Level Presents Billing Issue
A known issue exists where the system generates a Billing Issue when the Resolve Billing Code field is set to Do Not Resolve - Normal at the Spec Level and Resolve - Normal at the Profile level. [6277 / zd289]
Import Records Utility - Media Order Service - template creation fails when including default spec values
A known issue exists where the Import Records from Spreadsheet utility action to Create Template returns the error message, "The worksheet name must not exceed 31 characters" when the 'Default Spec Values - Service Rows' table is selected in the template. A workaround is to change the Prompt of the table to be shorter than 31 characters. [17067 / zd4484]
Template Sequence Row Numbers Shuffling
A known issue exists where moving rows within the Service Template Details list of a Service Template results in the Row No values being displayed out of order. [18905 / zd5567]
MO Service Search Fails with Query Timeout Even with Extremely Narrow Criteria
A known issue exists where the MO Service Search times out when the only criteria is Due Date Range and the database contains many hundreds of thousands of Service Rows. [24243]
Service Comment Disappears When Spec Notes Are Amended or Just Opened
A known issue exists where opening or editing the Spec Notes field in a Media Order can clear the data in the Service Comment field when the Service Comment is displayed as an editable column on a grid. A workaround is to remove the Service Comments note field from the list and use the two-tab pop-up from the Spec Notes to edit the Service Comments. [25877 / zd11899]

A known issue exists where a “data not found” message occurs when adding an Account Rep to a Media Order from the dropdown. [26220]
Link Before Save Causes Billing Issue
A known issue exists where 1) creating a new Media Order, 2) adding a File Source, Service Header, and Service Detail Row, 3) setting the Service, Profile, and Spec, and 4) linking the Source and the Service without saving at any point in the process, generates a "Rates cannot be found" warning and sets the Billing Issue flag to True on the Service row. A workaround is to save the Order before linking the Source and Service. [26249 / zd12350]
Suspend, Complete and Update Operation Status Actions not Working From Operation List
A known issue exists where Operation Status updates are disabled in layouts based on the Operations Sources table rather than the Operations table. This works in standard 11.1 and there is no custom code surrounding this functionality. [28517]
MO Service Template: services not linking to Title
A known issue exists where detail within a Service Template created Service Rows with duplicate sequence numbers. Research into the cause of the duplication is ongoing but an error message has been inserted to alert the user to the problem. The user can fix the issue by manually dragging and dropping one of the Service Rows to trigger display sequence to update. [28644 / zd14913]
Inactive Templates Displayed inside Bulk Media Orders
A known issue exists where inactive templates are available to select in the Bulk Media Order utility. [29494 / zd15974]
Creating Purchase Order from MO Service Search

Resources
Advanced Group Resource Ranking and Search Issues
A known issue exists in Advanced Group Resource Search and Ranking. The system only uses the Points set in the module Resource Preferences setup, not those from the Resource. The system subtracts points when the Preference is met and adds them when the Preference is Not Met, and the Use Resource Compatibility checkbox defaults to “Yes.” [500 / tdo171716]
Group Resource list opens very slowly from the navigator, appears frozen for a minute
A known issue exists where opening the Group Resource List using a Layout that includes the Scheduler (timeline) control takes a long time (approximately 20 seconds or more). The workaround is to use only layouts that do not have the Scheduler control when viewing the Group Resources List directly, versus viewing the Group Resources List from inside of a particular Work Order, Media Order, or Transmission Order. Assigning a Barcode to an Existing Resource Results to "Specified cast is not valid" Error

Deleting Rows One By One Makes The System Unresponsive
A known issue exists where a user tried to delete a row in various documents and the system became unresponsive. [29776]
An error message appears on duplicating the resource with a roster row
A known issue exists where duplicating a resource with one or more Roster On Rows resulted in an unhandled exception. This occurred when the 'Warn Default Group' option in Scheduling Preferences was set to 'All' or 'Labor Resources only'. The workaround was to turn off the 'Warn Default Group' setting, which actually had no direct relation to duplicating the resource and thus defeated the real feature the option supports, namely warning the scheduler that the primary group of the resource was not being used. Note: This issue had been present since 10.6 and possibly earlier. [31149]
Roster - Time Off
Roster Time Off Search Shouldn't Default User as Criteria
A known issue exists where the Roster Time Offs search is incorrectly applying the user's linked Resource as a default value when the 'Limit to Logged In Resource' Rights Code is not applied. [8196]
Scheduling - Error Message When Adding a Resource to a Group

Schedule Book
'Add Resource(s)' for WO in Schedule Book Doesn't Work
A known issue exists where right-clicking a Work Order block (where the Work Order was added in the Items configuration) and clicking Add Resource(s) does not correctly add a Resource to the Order. (Note: right-clicking a block for an existing Transaction in the appropriate Work Order and clicking Add Resource(s) does function correctly.) [17655]
Booking Goes on Top of Another Booking in Schedule Book View
A known issue exists where dragging the date/time header bar in the Schedule Book to change the display sometimes conceals a booking block behind another block, even if there is sufficient room to display both bookings. (The 'overlap' icon indicates there is an overlapping booking.) [23548]
Order Type Change on Existing QH or Dynamic Booking in Schedule Book
A known issue exists where the user clicks on an existing Quick Hold (WO and MO Type booking) or Dynamic Booking (any type) in Schedule Book to open the booking popup window, and the Booking Type field incorrectly appears to be editable, but changes made to the field are not saved. (This item was previously listed as a Known Issue for v10.6.SP-3 and v11.0.SP-2.) [25000]
When adding Groups with different Divisions on the Scheduling View, some Groups are disappearing
A known issue exists where adding multiple Scheduling Groups that belong to different Divisions as Items in a Scheduling View causes some Groups to not be visible in the Scheduling Calendar, even if the user can access all the appropriate Groups. [25875]
'Group Resource List' dialog pops up when selecting a resource on Schedule View to add to an existing booking
A known issue exists in the Schedule Book for a Group where Resource Required = Prompt, where selecting resources while the Edit Order popup is opened is not adding those resources to the Order. [28114 / zd14316]
New Work Order Option on Schedule Book Right Click Menu Always Creates the Trx for the Top Group on the Y Axis
A known issue exists in the Schedule Book where if the user right clicks in the grid for a resource, it doesn't always take the group for that area. This only occurs if multiple groups are displayed in the Y-axis and the resource belongs to more than one. The group selected for the right-click 'New Work Order' option is always the first group listed, which may not be the group that should apply to the particular cell in which the user right-clicked. Booking Durations/Edits are not Consistent When Editing on Calendar View
A known issue exists in the Schedule Book when trying to drag bookings in the Calendar (not Timeline) view and extending beyond the end of the week and into the next week (next row). [29620 / zd16260]
Advancing Schedule Book View Clears the Grid of Values, Then Only Auto-Repaints Top Section
A known issue exists with the Schedule Book where navigating to earlier or later dates would only repaint the top half of the screen. Happens primarily when the vertical list of items does not fit on a single page. [29644]
Calendar Selection Highlight Fails When Logged In with Non-English Language
A known issue exists where the Schedule Book date picker fails to highlight selected dates when the user is logged in with a language other than English. [31124 / zd17001]
Row Drag of New Rows Does Not Work As Expected Prior to Save in All Grids
A known issue exists in grids where dragging a newly added row either up or down will fail to move the row. This is true in child tables in maintenance windows, setup grids and scheduling view items grids. the workaround is to add and save the new row, then drag the row into position and save again. Time Card
Time Log Creates Orders from 5:00 pm to 5:00 pm
A known issue exists where adding entries to the Time Log Tab within a Time Card Batch and setting the Time Card Activity, Billing Code, and Job Number values creates Work Orders with incorrect Begin and End times (i.e. not midnight). (Note: to create WOs automatically, Time Card Preferences must be set to Auto Create Work Order and a default Work Order Type must be configured.) [23485]
Time Card Preference for Adjusted Roster Loads Credit/Rebill Orders
A known issue exists where setting the Enable Load Schedule preference in Preferences - Time Card to 'Yes, Adjusted Roster' causes the Load Schedule process to incorrectly load Credit and Debit transactions for a transaction that is not subsumed by Roster entries and has been Credit/Rebilled. Accrued Orders Loaded to Time Card Bring in Accrual and Reverse Accrual Orders
A known issue exists in Time Card where Open Accrual orders are loading via Load Schedule. [28268]
Payroll Penalty Rule Setup Clears Priority Value Then Gives Error Message Requiring Priority
A known issue exists when trying to save Payroll Rules with multiple Penalties, some of which require Priorities. The save will clear the Priority value then tell the user that Priority is required. [28375]
Bid Detail Fields Fail to Auto Populate

Titles
Child Titles / Title Hierarchy Table Displays Inactive Titles
A known issue exists where the Child Titles and Title Hierarchy actions in MetaVault Library display titles for which the Active checkbox is deselected/cleared. In addition, specifically applying a Filter to the layout to show Active items only does not remove the inactive items. [23045 / zd9430]
Transmission
Unable to Delete a Space in Text field After Copying over Next Empty Cell
A known issue exists where in Grid Update, users drag to select and copy from a field within the Xytech software, and slightly go over into the next empty field. Then, after pasting the copied text into another field, the value contains an extra space that cannot be removed without deleting the entire entry. [20706 / zd6693]
MCR Resources Path Field Limited to 255 Characters
A known issue exists in the Transmission MCR list where the Resource Path field was limited to 255 characters, which truncated some of the resources and prevented accurate filtering. [21247 / zd7058]
User Preference MO W/O Type Applied to Transmission Orders
A known issue exists where setting the default MO W/O Type option in the User profile also applies that default value to Transmission Orders, and there is currently no distinct setting to select a default W/O Type for Transmission Orders. [24256]
Resource Not Updating When Changing Transmission Service Profile
A known issue exists where switching the Profile on a Transmission Service does not update the assigned Scheduling Resource to the appropriate default resource until after the Order is saved. [26107 / zd12556]

Transmission Request Created by Jira API Takes 3-5 Minutes to Populate
A known issue exists where updating a Transmission Order using the REST API XmTransmissionOrder endpoint can take up to 5 minutes when replacing a Service Profile by using a SaveArgument to apply a Service Template. [31067 / zd16986]
Visualizer Calendar Resources Not Expanding on Y-axis
A known issue exists where transactions in the Transmission Visualizer appeared misaligned with their respective resources. [31127 / zd15527]
Transmission Services Unavailable on New Transmission Orders Created by API POST Call
A known issue exists where Transmission Services are unavailable on a new Transmission Order created by an API POST call. [31350 / zd17474]
Users
User Preference MO W/O Type Applied to Transmission Orders
A known issue exists where setting the default MO W/O Type option in the User profile also applies that default value to Transmission Orders, and there is currently no distinct setting to select a default W/O Type for Transmission Orders. [24256]
Work Orders
W/O Template Loading Issues
A known issue exists where loading a W/O Template that contains a template header with a default time range into a WO with different times does not correctly adjust the WO Transaction times when the user selects 'No' when asked if the Template times should override the Order times. [24370]
Work Orders Search and Filter Screens Displaying Sales Office from Other Divisions
A known issue exists where Sales Office values from other divisions are displayed in Work Orders search results. [25567 / zd11990]
Save Failed: Attempt to Edit a Row to jm_work_order Without Rights Error
A known issue exists where a user is granted Read Only rights to the Work Order table and Edit rights to the Phase field of the Work Order table cannot change the Phase on an existing Work Order. [26187 / zd12543]

Exporting Rows from Work Order Transactions Exports Out of Order
A known issue exists where the Export to Excel button in the Actions menu of the Work Order Transactions document does not always list transactions in the same sequence that they appear in the Work Order, even when the Display Sequence column is present in the layout. The sorting is as a string rather than a number. The workaround is to manually modify the Microsoft® Excel® file to sort by the Display Sequence column. [29122 / zd15638]
Template Creation - Serialized items Qty Is No Longer Locked
A known issue exists where editing a W/O Template and duplicating a Transaction for a Scheduling Group tagged as Serialized (which locks the Quantity field) does not lock the Quantity field in the newly-created Transaction row. [29127 / zd14995]
Rate Set Description Cannot be updated through Grid Update: Order Transactions
A known issue exists in Grid Update for Transactions, where the user cannot select a Rate Set Description. [29330 / zd15805]
Conflict Window Changes Prior to Order Save Prevents Save
A known issue exists where making changes in the conflict pop-up prior to saving the order prevents saving the changes. [29674]
Chart Error When Selecting Job Description for Order Transaction Series
A known issue exists where the Transaction List Billing report throws an error concerning the quick hold header. [29699]
"No" in Response to Use Template's Times Fails - Trx Are Added with Template Time
A known issue exists where loading a template that contains default start/end times ignores the user's request to ignore the template times. This results in transactions being created that do not correspond to the order times when loading the template. This functioned correctly in v11.0. [31223]
Added Regular Rate is Removed from an Order Transaction when you Actualize multiple Action Types Linked to One Order
A known issue exists in Orders that use WO Actual Billing Codes where tiers added to the Rate Set in the order—i.e., not loaded from the Billing Code or Bid/Budget—are removed when the transaction is actualized. This only occurs if the Billing Code's "Update Billing Unit When Actualizing" is set to "No" and when the Actual details differ from the transaction's Billing Unit. [31571]

A known issue exists where using the Invoice Split percentage field to split an invoice when the split percentages do not total 100% causes an error and changes the Invoice Split field to read-only. A known issue exists where changing Transaction values via Service Rows—namely the Unit value on rows corresponding to a billing package detail—caused a miscalculation of Accrual % amounts on Transactions. This error only happened for billing packages created via Service Rows and did not affect billing amounts, only the accrual calculated values as the system tried to match the master to the detail proration. Not Loading WO Template When Updating the Resource On Schedule Book
A known issue exists where adding a Scheduling Resource with an assigned W/O Template to a Work Order, and then replacing that resource with another Scheduling Resource with a different W/O Template, adds both templates to the Work Order. Roster Duplication Still Going to Wrong Date
A known issue exists where duplicating a Roster item attempts to create the new Roster item one day before the date selected in the Duplicate Roster window. If the selected date is one day after the original Roster item, this triggers an error message, "Roster already exists on {date time} for Resource {resource}".
NOTE: The duplicate icon in the Roster Time Off maintenance window will not open the duplicate window. Instead it will open a new maintenance window. This is a known gap that should be resolved in a future version. (This item was resolved in the v11.3 Release) [29352 / zd15836]
