The following is a list of known high-severity issues in this release. In general, these issues are edge cases most users will not encounter. Currently, these issues are on the roadmap for the next release of the Platform.
APIs & Integration
REST API - OpenAPI documentation (Swagger) Status Codes are Inaccurate
A known issue exists where the OpenAPI documentation for certain REST API endpoints does not include all possible HTTP response values, such as the 200 Ok response for the /JmJob endpoint. [26278]

Quote Version doesn't save to version 1 without a Job
A known issue exists where duplicating a Bid assigned to a Job and removing the Job during the duplication causes the Bid Version number to be set to “0” instead of “1.” [22759 / zd9000]
Bids & Budgets
Clearing Bid End Date on Header Row Doesn't Clear Details
A known issue exists where clearing the End Date on a Bid Header row in a Bid does not correctly clear the other details as clearing the Begin Date does. The workaround is to clear all fields manually when clearing the End Date, or clear the Start Date and End Date, and set the Start Date again. [24559 / zd10858]
Actual Unit Displayed on Budget No but No Transactions That Go Against It
A known issue exists where a Bid Detail can display an Actual Units value of 1 when there are no Actual Units assigned to any corresponding Transaction(s). [26206 / zd12659]
Cannot Edit Budget Once Created from Template
A known issue exists where a bid/budget layout includes the display of the State and Local % values of a tax code. Once a bid template is loaded, the bid detail cannot be edited or removed. NOTE: This is not an issue in a layout without the mentioned fields. [27748 / zd14234]
Leasing Issues When Using Bid Document
A known issue exists where open Bid documents can generate document lease messages (e.g., “Edits will be discarded if not saved soon. Do you need more time to edit?”) one or more times before the configured Lease Minute limit on the Bid document. [15840 / zd3303]
Billing - Invoicing
Billing Contact Emptied on Invoice Batch Work Orders Tab
A known issue exists where adding a Work Order to an Invoice Batch causes the Billing Contact on the Invoice Batch's Work Orders tab to be cleared in the display. (The data in the Work Order is not cleared.) [23469 / zd7438]
Billing Code "Combine on Invoice" and Package Type "Total: Detail invoice" Interfere with each other and create inaccurate pre-invoice
A known issue exists where using a Billing Code with the Combine on Invoice option selected/checked and the Package Type option set to “Total: Detail invoice” causes some transactions to be included in the “-Incl w/ Pkg-” row when they should not be. The workaround is to avoid using these two settings together in the same Billing Code. [25571 / zd10556]
Billing Splits Invoice Split Field on Order and Transaction Level
A known issue exists where using the Invoice Split percentage field to split an invoice when the split percentages do not total 100% causes an error and changes the Invoice Split field to read-only. In addition, when using Transaction-level splits, the invoice generation creates separate, unexpected invoices for any transactions without billing codes. [26233 / zd11705]
Unexpected behavior with billing quantity of billing codes set as 'Each'
A known issue exists where a Phase change in Transmission Orders is set to update the Service row status and transactions with Billing Code with a Unit Type of 'Each' are not getting set properly. [26872 / zd12722]
System performance - View Invoice Form can take up to 30s on First Generation to PDF
A known issue exists where the View Invoice Form action in Job Management takes longer to generate the PDF file the first time (20 seconds to 1 minute) compared to subsequent generate/view operations (2 to 6 seconds). [27081 / zd13713]

Report Not Showing Formatting Rule Applied to Layout
A known issue exists where manual changes to the criteria of Issue Management reports were not applied to ParamOrderType conditions which determine the text displayed in the final report output. [25284 / zd11041]
Customers
Quick Hold can be saved with a Cust ID and a Job number from a different Cust ID
A known issue exists where assigning a Job to a Quick Hold sets the Customer value by default, but did not restrict the user from changing the value to a different Customer, resulting in a mismatch between the Quick Hold and the Job. [24135 / zd10319]
Document Customizations
Prompt Missing on Custom Job Image Field in Layout Editor
A known issue exists where a custom field of the 'Picture' field type does not correctly display the specified Prompt when used in a Layout. [12781]
Document Customizations
On Order Duplicate, Fields with Reset Before Copy Are Not Cleared
A known issue exists where the Duplicate action for Media Order does not respect either the Reset Before Copy setting or a specific default value for custom fields set to Overwrite Standard (e.g. Account Rep and Account Rep 2) added to the Media Order document using Document Customizations. Unable to Override 'Order' Fields to Work Order Transaction Header Table
A known issue exists where Document Customizations to the Work Order Transaction document (Doc ID 10346) do not allow field overrides to the Transaction Header table, i.e. customizing fields from the Work Order level. [24998 / zd11417]
Data Repeating Issue on Media Order Form Report - Calculated Field
A known issue exists where adding a calculated field (e.g. [service_desc] + [service_profile_desc]) to the L_mo_service_row section of a Media Order Form report layout causes the report to display the Detail information multiple times. [25645 / zd12312]
Visibility Rules Ignored when based on a Custom Dropdown Field Value

System is Not Sending Notification Email When Scheduling Exchange Status is Set to 'Accepted'
A known issue exists where an Event Trigger is configured to send a message when the Work Order Transaction document's Invitation Status ([exchange_status]) field is changed to “A” (for Accepted) but does not correctly fire when the specified change is made. [26348 / zd12729]

Current Division Checkbox Does Not Remain Checked When Also Selecting Max Rows
A known issue exists where the Options window does not correctly save the value of the 'View other divisions?' checkbox when the 'Maximum number of rows' field is modified in the same operation. [13148 / zd1818]
Export to Excel Does Not Consistently Export Note Fields
A known issue exists where the Export to Excel action in MetaVault Library does not consistently export information in Notes fields. [13790 / zd2130]
Leasing Issues When Using Bid Document

Production Facility Name is Not Available Under Layout Tools to Add to Metavault Search Layout

Unable to Enter Length Values with Frames
A known issue exists where the Media Asset document does not allow the user to enter the number of frames as part of the Length field, which was possible using Document Customizations in a previous version. [27044 / zd13480]
Media Order
Do not Resolve at Spec Level presents Billing Issue
A known issue exists where the system generates a Billing Issue when the Resolve Billing Code field is set to Do Not Resolve - Normal at the Spec Level and Resolve - Normal at the Profile level. [6277 / zd289]
Template Sequence Row Numbers Shuffling
A known issue exists where moving rows within the Service Template Details list of a Service Template results in the Row No values being displayed out of order. [18905 / zd5567]
Clicking Project Activity Detail Links Opens New Project Layout
A known issue exists where an Order Transactions List layout that includes Project Detail No opens the New Project layout when clicking the link, instead of opening the existing project and displaying the Activities tab with the appropriate Detail selected. [18930]

Service Comment Disappears When Spec Notes Are Amended or Just Opened
A known issue exists where opening or editing the Spec Notes field in a Media Order can clear the data in the Service Comment field when the Service Comment is displayed as an editable column on a grid. A workaround is to remove the Service Comments note field from the list and use the two-tab pop-up from the Spec Notes to edit the Service Comments. [25877 / zd11899]
Link Before Save Causes Billing Issue
A known issue exists where 1) creating a new Media Order, 2) adding a File Source, Service Header, and Service Detail Row, 3) setting the Service, Profile, and Spec, and 4) linking the Source and the Service without saving at any point in the process, generates a “Rates cannot be found” warning and sets the Billing Issue flag to True on the Service row. A workaround is to save the Order before linking the Source and Service. [26249 / zd12350]
Search/Add Assets Failed with Error Message when Using Source Asset Description In Condition
A known issue exists where the 'Search/Add Assets' action in Media Order Services returns an error (“Invalid column name 'part_master_desc'“) when the Condition for the Service Profile Row is configured to search for Assets linked to a Title by the Source Asset description. A workaround is to configure the Condition to search by other Source Asset fields. [26998]
Usability | Source - 'Asset Type' Cursor Focus
A known issue exists where the cursor focus in the Media Order document shifts unpredictably when clicking the Asset Type field of a new Source row. This generally happens only when the Order contains multiple existing Sources and network latency causes delays in data retrieval. [27015 / zd13252]
Usability | Operation fields - Disappearing text
A known issue exists where changes to fields in the Operations area of the Media Order document may revert to the original value instead of saving the update, especially when network latency is high. A workaround is to wait a few additional seconds after entering a value before moving to a different field. (While this may reduce the likelihood of the date reverting, it is not a reliable solution as the issue can still occur.) [27019 / zd13519]
Usability | Service fields - Disappearing text
A known issue exists where changes to fields in the Service area of the Media Order document may revert to the original value instead of saving the update, especially when network latency is high. A workaround is to wait a few additional seconds after entering a value before moving to a different field. Service Due Dates updating Order Start and End Times when Cancel Selected
A known issue exists where updating the Due Date on a Service Row of a Media Order correctly triggers a warning when the Due Date is before the Order Begin Date/Time or after the Order End Date/Time, but incorrectly retains the specified value and updates the Order date/time values when the user clicks Cancel. (This only occurs when the Auto Sync Service Due Date setting is enabled and configured to “Warn” in the Media Order Preferences.) [27091 / zd12431]

Moving Resources to one with a Template does not load Template

Schedule Book
'Add Resource(s)' for WO in Schedule Book Doesn't Work
A known issue exists where right-clicking a Work Order block (where the Work Order was added in the Items configuration) and clicking Add Resource(s) does not correctly add a Resource to the Order. (Note: right-clicking a block for an existing Transaction in the appropriate Work Order and clicking Add Resource(s) does function correctly.) [17655]
Booking Goes on Top of Another Booking in Schedule Book View
A known issue exists where dragging the date/time header bar in the Schedule Book to change the display sometimes conceals a booking block behind another block, even if there is sufficient room to display both bookings. (The “overlap” icon does display to indicate there is an overlapping booking.) [23548]

Schedule Book Missing Red Exclamation Mark on the Booking Bar
A known issue exists where the Schedule Book does not display a red exclamation mark in the bottom right of a bar if any transaction had a Not Assigned or no resource when the Scheduling Group requires one. Auto Display WOs in Schedule Book not displaying WOs

A single day Holiday shows for multiple days in the Calendar view of a Schedule Book

WO Transaction Email/Notify All Not Working

Clicking 'Now' on Schedule Book makes the browser tab unresponsive
A known issue exists where viewing multiple days in the Schedule Book (by clicking the calendar icon and using Shift+click to select multiple dates) and clicking the Now button causes the browser tab to become unresponsive for several minutes and then display an out-of-memory error. Schedule Book Performance
A known issue exists where the Schedule Book takes a significant time to open due to incorrectly loading Bandwidth Plan information when the Schedule View contains no transmission groups. [27076]
Quick Holds Phase in 'Manage your Quick Holds' list do not display the correct phase of a Quick Hold.

Time Card Preference for Adjusted Roster Loads Credit/Rebill Orders
A known issue exists where setting the Enable Load Schedule preference in Preferences - Time Card to 'Yes, Adjusted Roster' causes the Load Schedule process to incorrectly load Credit and Debit transactions for a transaction that is not subsumed by Roster entries and has been Credit/Rebilled. Time Card Allocations Not Saved After Work Order Lookup is Opened
A known issue exists where a framework issue in custom code prevents a record from being saved if a lookup window is opened because of manual entry in a field. [26186 / zd12327]
Issue with Time Card Not Loading All Work Orders for the Week
A known issue exists where activity for the begin date in a Time Card batch are not loading. It is suspected to be due to a difference in time zones. [27756 / zd13858]
Titles
Child Titles / Title Hierarchy Table Displays Inactive Titles
A known issue exists where the Child Titles and Title Hierarchy actions in MetaVault Library display titles for which the Active checkbox is deselected/cleared. In addition, specifically applying a Filter to the layout to show Active items only does not remove the inactive items. [23045 / zd9430]
Logged in Division Value Defaulting for New Titles Even When Preference Set to "No"
A known issue exists where the 'Default Division to Title' preference is set to 'No' in Preferences - MetaVault, but the default Division is being applied. [25672]
Transmission

Unable to Delete a Space in Text field After Copying over Next Empty Cell
A known issue exists where in Grid Update, users would drag to select and copy from a field within the Platform, and slightly go over into the next empty field. Then, after pasting the copied text into another field, the value contained an extra space that could not be removed without deleting the entire entry. [20706 / zd6693]
MCR Resources Path Field Limited to 255 Characters
A known issue exists where the Resource Path field in the Transmission MCR list is limited to 255 characters, which truncates some of the resources and prevents accurate filtering. [21247 / zd7058]
W/O Type Class Not Limiting Drop Down Filter in Transmission Orders
A known issue exists where search fields in Order lists may display W/O Type selections to which the user should not have access based on the W/O Type Class assigned to the user. [23405 / zd9464]
Scheduled Report Post-Run Action Default Value Not Used with Send
A known issue exists where defining a default value in Document Customization for Scheduled Report (DocId 10466) does not apply the value for the Post-Run Action when using the Send button. Transmission Order - Moving a Transaction on Schedule Book Does Not Load New Billing Code

Visual Path - Selecting a Node with a Resource Code Jumps Focus to the Operations Grid
A known issue exists with the transmission visualizer, when moving a visualizer node using the arrow keys would incorrectly also change the selected grid row focus. [26234]

Save Failed: Attempt to Edit a Row to jm_work_order Without Rights Error
A known issue exists where a user who is granted Read Only rights to the Work Order table and Edit rights to the Phase field of the Work Order table cannot change the Phase on an existing Work Order. [26187 / zd12543]
