Summary
Admin users can add custom resource function fields to orders or order lists that will display a filtered concatenated list of transaction details in a single field.
This facilitates being able to see the resources booked in an order without having to open the transaction layout. Areas this can be used include:
- Order list views
- Order detail layouts
- Schedule Book displays
The feature is intended as a direct replacement for ScheduALL's display block function
fields.
Example:
You can configure a function field to display a list of Editors booked in an order.

You can define up to 10 custom function fields per document for each of the filter methods.
| Filter Method | Description |
| By group | Define a specific group of resources to display. |
| By resource Type | Define a specific resource type to display. |
| By Group/Resource Type | Define both a group and a type to display. |

Depending on the filter method selected will determine what fields are displayed on the Properties form. Group or resource type or both.
Optionally you can display the booked resource times next to the resource description, or whether concatenated or separated by a comma or a new line for each resource.
Maximum child transaction levels – Where transactions are booked in a parent-child relationship manner, this determines how far down the relationship levels are to go when determining which resource to display. By default, all child levels are displayed.
