The following is a list of known high severity issues in this release. In general, these issues are edge-cases most users will not encounter. Currently these issues are on the roadmap for the next release of the Platform. A complete list of known issues will be made available via the Xytech Zendesk Support portal.

Bid Comparison Report - Actuals Rows not Printing Billing Description

Resource Code Field is Populating Resource Description
In Job Maintenance on the IM Sessions tab, the Resource Code field displays the Resource Description instead of the Code. [2465/zd718]

Image Update to Job Not Saving
User is unable to add an image to an image field created in document customizations Happens on Jobs and other documents. [12958/zd1574].
Not all Order Types Showing with ‘View Other Divisions?’ Enabled [13556/zd1943].
Clearing the Time Field using Backspace or Delete May Result in an Error
Using the Backspace or Delete key to clear a Time field on the W/O Template form and changing focus to
another field may result in an uncaught exception. [13926].
Rate Set Description Not Loading with Bid Template
When loading a Bid Template onto a bid, the Rate Set descriptions do not load into the Bid Detail. [12393/zd1394]
Work Order Transaction Fields not Available in the Calculated Fields Expression Editor for Order Forms
When using the function Calculated Fields and the Expression Editor in the Work Order Form, when adding W/O Transactions, only Work Orders fields are retrieved, and not Order Transaction fields. [12851/zd1582]

Utilization Summary Results do not Show the Year/Month Label on Column 1
Advanced Search: Results of the filter, ‘Criteria Summarized by Month’ is not showing the Title of Column 1 correctly. It is supposed to be Year/Month. [8032/zd508]

Issues with Specs (Default Spec Values) Field
When opening the list all checkboxes are shown as text fields with N,Y values, but if clicked, it is changing to checkbox. When selecting a row with a checkbox and then selecting a row with text field, for a second the field is shown as a checkbox. [12578]

Search Child Title(s) Option not Available when using Roles
There is no Rights Code for the Title Actions item 'Search Child Title(s)', and no clear way to expose it to non super users. [7642/zd491]

Roster Time Off Search Filter only Supports a Single Resource Code [12987 / zd1710]
Entitlements Issue
Rosters do not correctly apply hours to Entitlement Type based on date range, they just get applied to the first Entitlement Type for that off type regardless of Date Range. This is an issue because a lot of clients entitle resources to a certain number of off days based on date range, and this bug prevents them from doing that.
If the entitlement type is set to auto, allow over apply, when you reach the limit, it won’t allow the over apply. [7819]
Schedule Book - W/O Note Missing
User is unable to add W/O Note to the Bar & Hover Text for Work Order Transactions. W/O Spec Note is
available, but the standard W/O Note is not available. [14577/zd2247]

An MSMQ Crash Should Not Crash the Application Server
In some instances, it has been observed that if MSMQ crashes, the Application Server may also crash
necessitating a restart. [5849]
Card Display Style Set to Fewer Distorts Expanded Description Fields
In some layouts, using the ‘Settings > Options > Fewer’ may distort the fields on card layouts. [4848/zd423]
Export Event Trigger to XML Gives an Error Message [9041]
Create Record Via Spreadsheet - Cannot Set User Added - Changes to Actual Logged In User
When trying to import Titles via Create Record from Spreadsheet utility, the User Added is set by the logged in user (not by user on spreadsheet). [5219/zd440]
Timecard
The To and From Batches Lock after Assign to Another Batch is Used
In some cases, using the Action, ‘Assign Activity to Another Batch’ from the Time Card moves the Activity but may have both the source and target batches locked. [5850]
Transmission
Service Resource Path displaying .1 in MCR and Transmission Service Search Reports [15700/zd3021]
